FAQ

How do I apply at ifa?
In order to get a full and precise idea of your profile and qualifications, the (online) application form must be carefully and completely filled in.
You will have the possibility to give your application a personal character by enclosing an individual cover letter. Please attach all meaningful documents such as CV, diplomas etc. to your application. The following formats can be uploaded with a maximum size of 7MB: DOC, PDF, JPG, TNP, GIF.

How do I proceed if I am interested in more than one position?
Please apply for each position separately. It is necessary to complete the specific application form for the position you are interested in.

What happens with my personal data?
A personal profile will automatically be created in our system as soon as you submit your application. Your data will be available in our applicants database from this point in time. Your personal data will be automatically erased six months after the closing of the application.

Can I also apply via E-mail?
For applications to our CrossCulture Programme this is not possible. Please only apply by using our online application form. E-mail applications cannot be considered.
For some job offers from ifa it is possible or compulsory to apply via mail. Please follow the instructions given in the respective job offer.

Are the chances higher to get accepted if I call?
No. A call does not have any influence on our final decision. Questions concerning the overall application process or concerning a particular job offer can be answered. Further questions will be discussed during the interview.

I do not find any suitable offer. Can I send a speculative application?
Unfortunately, due to a lack of internal resources, we cannot deal with speculative applications. Please only apply for a targeted position.

Can I save the application form and continue afterwards?
Unfortunately it is not possible to save the application form. The application procedure has to be finalized in one go, filling in all compulsory information and uploading all requested documents. Incomplete entries will not allow you to send the application, an interruption of the procedure leads to the loss of data.

Therefore, we highly recommend to have all requested documents at hand as soon as you start the online application procedure.

Where can I find more information about the CrossCulture Programme?
